The receptionists’ job is to make appointments for our surgeries and clinics and deal with requests for home visits, urgent appointments, repeat prescriptions and hospital appointments. Our receptionists are trained as care navigators and will direct you to the most appropriate service for your need. They are trained to take as much information from the patient as possible in order to triage as effectively as possible. This will then help the clinicians prioritise the need.
Susan Fenwick is responsible for processing all Repeat Prescriptions and is available to assist patients with any prescription queries.
